Wahpeton Literacy Coalition

Vision: Empowering our community to improve literacy outcomes in children and young adults through community education, effective instruction, and academic engagement.

Established as part of the N.D. Comprehensive Literacy State Development Grant program, the WLC focuses on family and community engagement to improve literacy skills of children from birth through Grade 12.
