Mrs. Smith

Hi, my name is JaKayla Smith, and I have been teaching second grade for eight years. I am originally from Oakes, North Dakota, and received my undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. I am currently studying Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Jamestown in pursuit of a Master's degree. 

 

I live on a farm outside of Wahpeton with my husband Clay and our two sons, Flynn and McCoy. We enjoy the farm life with our many dogs, cats, chickens, and guinea hens.  We also enjoy spending time with family at the lake and camping with friends.
